Shirley Ann Sewell Moye

Shirley Ann Sewell Moye, 76, of Pelham, died Wednesday, October 28, 2026 at Archbold Inpatient Hospice in Thomasville.

Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, October 31 at Camilla United Methodist Church with interment in Mt. Zion Cemetery. Rev. Ray Lott and Rev. Chris Shoemaker will officiate.

Born May 31, 1950 in Washington, DC, Mrs. Moye was the daughter of the late Guy Ray Sewell and Minnie Marie Ferris Sewell. She was a registered nurse for 42 years, having worked at Mitchell County Hospital and Archbold Living Nursing Home in Camilla. Mrs. Moye was a member of Camilla United Methodist Church and the Camilla Garden Club.

Survivors include her husband, David Moye of Pelham; two daughters, Michele Moye of Valdosta and Lana Kimler (Micah) of Pelham; sister, Donna Wiggley (Frank); brother, Ronnie Sewell (Tanya); and one grandchild, Joseph Kimler.

Visitation will be from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. Friday, October 30 at Parker-Bramlett Funeral Home in Camilla.
