Rochelle Carter

Rachelle Leigh Boswell Carter, 50, of Carnesville passed away Monday evening, July 12, 2021 at her home.

Born December 26, 1970, in Gainesville, Georgia, she was the daughter of Carolyn Cowart Boswell and the late Larry Lamar Boswell. She was the sister of the late  Chuck Lamar Boswell. She was of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include her husband, Daniel Lee Carter; children Whisper Nicole Boswell, Lavonia, and Peyton Anthony Boswell, of Virginia Beach VA; stepchildren, Donald Gene Carter¸ Blake Landon Carter, Ashylyn Seirra Graham, and Colton Graham; Grandchildren, Brailey Rain Roach, Trinity Faye Roach, Noah Alexander Carter, Nate Carter, and Sister Tina Michelle Boswell.

Memorial Services will be held at a later date.
