Paul Williams Atha

Paul Williams Atha, age 56, of Carnesville, passed away on May 28, 2026, at Piedmont Athens Regional Hospital.

Born on March 7, 1970, at Fort Benning, Georgia, he was the son of the late Lonnie Ray Atha and Carolyn Spurling Farley. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Taryn Atha.

Paul worked in sales for many years and was known for his love of family and the time he spent with those he loved most. He enjoyed being surrounded by his children and grandchildren and cherished every opportunity to create memories with them.

He is survived by his loving wife, Wanda Malloy Atha of Carnesville; children, Ryan (Noel) Atha of Perry, Georgia, Stephanie Atha of Georgia, Amanda (Mark) Pulliam of Colbert, Dylan (Anna) Smith of Nicholson, Emerson (Kaitlyn) Atha of Elberton, and Alyson Atha of Carnesville; twelve grandchildren; brothers, Lonnie (Danielle) Atha of Senoia, Georgia, and Bobby Farley of Franklin County, Georgia; along with numerous other relatives and friends.

A visitation celebrating Paul's life will be held on Sunday, May 31, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. at Ginn Funeral Home.
