Kenneth Chlebek, 75, of Hunters Creek Community, passed away Saturday evening at Northeast Georgia Medical Center.
Born September 3, 1947, in Chicago, IL. He was the son of the late Chester Charles and Emily B. Grajewski Chlebek. He was a veteran of the U S Army and a computer technician with IBM.
Survivors include his significant other, Gay Lenhart Elliot and brother Frank Joseph Chlebek, of Chicago.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
