Jerry Allen Duvall

Jerry Allen Duvall, 77, of the Ila Community, passed away Wednesday afternoon, December 21, 2022, at his home in Ila Georgia.

Born September 22, 1945, in Gordon County, he was the son of the late Elbert and Effie Tilley Duvall of Ellijay GA. He was the brother of the late Willie Mae Cowan of Valley Head AL. He served his country in the Airforce during the Vietnam war. He was retired from the Department of Natural Resources as a Game Warden in the Oconee County area.

Survivors include his wife, Margie Duvall of Ila GA, and multitude of friends from across Georgia.

Services will be held on Monday December 26, 2022, at Ginn Funeral Home in Carnesville GA. The Visitation will start at 12:00 till 2:00pm at the B.D. Ginn Memorial Chapel followed by Funeral Service at 2:00pm with Pastor Eugene Walls. Interment of Cremains at Sunlight Baptist Church in Ellijay GA will be held at a later date.
