Fenedra Hornick

Fenedra Richardson Hornick, age 94, of Martin, passed away in Toccoa, Georgia on January 10th 2026.

Fenedra was born February 20th 1931 in Oconee County, South Carolina, to the late Horace and Lillian Gibson Richardson. She later married Roy Hornick of Martin. She was a homemaker and was of the Baptist faith.

Fenedra was preceded in death by her parents, Horace and Lillian Richardson; her husband, Roy Hornick; her son, Joey Hornick; and her siblings, Velma Wiley, Patsy Wilbanks, and Doug Richardson, all of LaFrance, South Carolina.

She is survived by her daughter, Debby Chastain of Lavonia, Georgia, and one grandchild, Cassidy Grace Hornick.

Visitation will be held at Ginn Funeral Home on Tuesday, January 13, 2026, from 12:00 PM until 1:30 PM. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM at Stephens Memorial Gardens in Toccoa, Georgia, with Rev. Brian Stephens officiating.
