Deborah Lee Pittman, 68, passed away on July 10, 2024, in Cleveland GA.

    Deborah was the daughter of the late Gene and Betty Gazaway Hester of Freehome, GA. She was born on April 17, 1956, in Cumming, GA. She retired from Franklin County School system as a school bus driver for 15 years. She was a member of Compassion Baptist Church in Carnesville. She enjoyed traveling and spending time with her grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents Gene and Betty Hester her brothers Sammy Hester and Craig Hester.

    She is survived by her Husband of 49 years Lewis Pittman of Martin. Her two children Matthew (Jason) & Brittany Pittman of Cumming and Lindsey & Brandon Ayers of Carnesville. Three grandchildren Cason Lombardo of Lavonia, Skyler Holtzclaw of Gainesville and Clay Holtzclaw of Gainesville. Four siblings Harold & Jennifer Hester of Cumming, Andy & Tonya Hester of Dawsonville, Donald (Buster) & Anita Hester of Cumming and Donna Williams of Cumming.

    The services for Deborah Pittman will be held at Ginn Funeral Home in Carnesville GA on Saturday July 13, 2024. Visitation will be from 1:00pm till 3:00pm with a Memorial service at 3:00pm with Rev Leon Carson presiding over the services. In lieu of flowers the family ask that all donations be made to Compassion Baptist Church in Deborahs honor.
