Charles "Cisco" Haley, age 83, passed away on January 2, 2026, in Elberton, Georgia.
Cisco was born on September 17, 1942, in Royston, Georgia, to the late Freeman and May Etta Haley. He later married Linda Haley of Royston, Georgia. Cisco was retired from the trucking industry, where he spent many years as a dependable and hardworking driver. He was known for his strong work ethic and pride in his work while employed with Columbia Farms and Stratton & Sons Construction, where he helped keep operations running smoothly through his dedication and reliability.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Linda Haley; his parents, Freeman and May Etta Fulbright Haley; his brothers, Fred Haley, Johnny Haley, and Junior Haley of Mississippi; and his sister, Helen Pace of Athens.
Cisco is survived by his daughter, Brenda Floyd of Royston; his grandson, Charles Floyd of Royston; and step grandson, Andrew Floyd of Royston.
Visitation will be held Monday, January 5, at Ginn Funeral Home from 9:00 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. Graveside services will follow at 11:00 a.m. at Franklin Memorial Gardens South in Royston, Georgia.
