Calvin Barnett

Calvin Rogers Barnett, 95, of Carnesville, passed away April 7, 2023 in Ashburn, GA.

Born June 22, 1927, in Commerce,  GA, he was the son of the late Frank L. and Agnes Brown Barnett.  He was the husband of Nell Miller Barnett, and brother of the late Thomas Wilburn Barnett.  He was a veteran of the U S Army, After retirement from General Motors, he was a mail carrier in Carnesville, and loved working on his farm. He was a member of Middle River Baptist Church.

He is survived by nephew, John Barnett, of Bunn, North Carolina.

Services will be 11am Tuesday morning at the B D Ginn Memorial Chapel, with Rev. Craig Barnett and Rev. Phil Garrett.   Interment will be in Gray Hill Cemetery in Commerce, GA.
