Annie Jean Randall

Annie Jean Gibby Randall, age 82, passed away on June 8, 2026, in Gainesville, Georgia. She was born on January 2, 1944, in Andrews, North Carolina, to the late Wayne Gibby and Marvie Hicks Gibby.

A woman of strong Christian faith, Ann was devoted to her family and found her greatest joy in her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She was a faithful member of Concord Baptist Church in Cleveland, Georgia.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Johnny Randall of Red Hill; her grandson, Michael Chance; and her siblings, Betty King, Clara Bell Defoor, Marie Guffey, Billy Ray Gibby, and Richard Lee Gibby.

She is survived by her five children, Mike (Denise) Chance of Loganville, Johnny (Tanya) Chance of Winder, Cale (Sandy Strickland) Randall of Atlanta, Tommy Randall of Byron, and Paul (Ana) Randall of Lawrenceville; her grandchildren, Crystal (Robert) Rennie, Bradley (Kaitlin) Chance, Dustin (Keara) Chance, Amanda (Dee) Kelly, Jeff Randall, Jennifer (Taylor) Miller, Nicole Randall, Blake Randall, and Camerin (Jorge) Ortiz; nine great-grandchildren; and her siblings, Winnie (Bob) Chapel, Hazel "Dollar" Stroud, and Mary "Sweetie" McCoy.

Ann will be remembered for her kindness, gentle spirit, and unwavering love for her family. Though she will be deeply missed, her loved ones find comfort in knowing she is resting in the arms of Jesus.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 13, 2026, at Ginn Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Allen's Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at Ginn Funeral Home on Friday, June 12, 2026, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., and again on Saturday from 1:00 p.m. until the funeral hour at 2:00 p.m.
